Paul Gauguin, in search of a pictorial elsewhere, revolutionized modern art through bold color and daring composition.
His canvases, often inspired by Polynesia, convey a mystical poetry in which nature and the human figure merge into vibrant harmony.
In my studio, I create faithful hand-painted reproductions of his works, executed in oil on canvas.
An emblematic painting of Gauguin’s Tahitian period, where female figures embody mystery and exoticism.
In an artisanal reproduction, it restores all the symbolic strength and radiant color of the original.
A scene steeped in symbolism, blending mythology, sensuality, and spirituality.
An icon of the Tahitian period, where vitality and pure color create a world both real and dreamlike.
A vibrant and sensual portrait where simplicity meets chromatic intensity.
In a hand-painted reproduction, this work brings the warmth and poetry of Polynesia into your home.

Gauguin is color reinvented. He does not describe, he transforms: his reds, golds, and greens are emotions before they are pigments. A Gauguin can be recognized by his full forms, his flat colors, and the atmosphere of ancestral myth that permeates each scene.
He left everything behind—wife, children, comfort—to seek pictorial truth in Tahiti. His exile was also internal. He lived poorly in Polynesia but painted with an almost biblical ambition. He wanted to create “wild and sacred” art.
Canvases such as Where Do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going? are more than just paintings: they are visions. Even today, his work divides opinion, but it challenges us with its raw power and its quest for an artistic and spiritual elsewhere.
